I have started a new business in VA and would like to fill 2553 form. Kindly help how to choose the following. incorp date being 6 march 10. sole owner 24000 shares.

which Item to be choosen in Item F.
If Part II is to be completed what to check Item P or Q Or R which no.

Whether Part III needed to be completed if so which date has to be put in.

I just formed a S-Corp and filed form 2553
to IRS last week. However, I only issued
one share of stock to myself (100% already)

Is there any way that I can change the
number of share to something like 60000.

Any specific procedures or forms that I can
use.
