paying taxes on S corp

payroll taxes

I have a S corp where I am 100% owner. I took a salary of 64,000 and have a k1 distribution of 80,000.00
I have paid in 13,504.00 total for the year in quarterly 941 and 940 payment booklets of which the companies share of payroll expenses of 5,041 is included. On the profit and loss statement my accountant has prepared it does not show any taxes other than the 5041.00 payroll expense and on my W2 I just received it only shows a total of 8,496.00 held out 3,600.00 for fed with holding, 3968.00 for SS and 928 medicare. Is this correct reporting?
