Husband/Wife business need to Inc.

General Discussion

Currently my husband and I have a business, he is listed as Sole Prioprietor in our dba business. We would like to Incorporate so that we keep business/personal seperate - what would be the best route for us to take? Hubby is sales/delivery, I do the books and we have a home office.

Thanks for any help you can give.
