Health Insurance Premiums and SCorps

Hello, I am an owner in a medical practice. Each owner pays our own health insurance, but it is in the company's name. It is taken out of our paychecks pretax. We are now being told that the premiums need to be added back to our gross wages on our w-2 and the scorp does not get a deduction for it? This does not seem right. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
