S-Corp

Hello,

I need your advice. I do have an S-Corp registered last year (2009).

In 2009, I made around $160,000
Payroll paid out was around $20,000
Expenses around $80,000

I did use payroll service thru the year (2009). They prepared all 941's and 940 for me ONLY on Pyrol paid amount ($20,000).

My questions is: Was I supposed to report $60,000 what was left to me on 941's and 940 in 2009?

Any suggestions?
